Solution:
To uninstall Webex Productivity Tools:​
Windows 10

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Windows Settings, click Apps.
4. Scroll down the list of Apps, and click on Webex Productivity Tools.
5. Click Uninstall.
6. Click Uninstall again on the confirmation pop-up.
7. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstall.

Note: Uninstalling Productivity Tools removes all Productivity Tools and shortcuts from your computer. If you want to keep using some Productivity Tools but disable others, edit the options in the Webex Settings

4. Open the Productivity Tools folder.
5. Click Uninstall.
6. Enter an Administrator password if prompted.

The Productivity Tools installation package has an uninstall utility.

1. Download the WBS MSI package, manually install on a PC.
2. Go to the target installation folder (default path C:Program Files (x86)WebexProductivity Tools) and copy PTUninstaller.exe.
